FPC (Flexible printed circuits)

Common used as connectors in where application flexibility, space savings.

Construction:

The base material of FPC is the flexible polymer film which provides the foundation for the laminate, including polyester (PET), polyimide (PI), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN)…etc…etc.
Apply metal foils (usually Copper foils) as the conductive element on the flexible laminate.
FPC shape & Length are base on required mechanical designed.
