1. Wire Cutting & Stripping

2. Terminal Crimping on the wire and become the pin.

3. Twist pairs of wires to reduce EMI.

4. Put the pin in to connector housing as the pin define on the wire specification. And make the wire assembly as a semi-finishied product.

5. Put a ground in to wire assembly.

6. Run a semi-finished product testing.

7. Dispensing the bottom of connector, between wire and housing, for making the assembly stronger in tensile strength.

8. Using acetic acid or conductive tape to shape the assembly.

9. Run the complete product testing.
